He has over 30 years of experience working with large public and private sector organizations in the areas of industry and market analysis, strategy formulation, strategic communications, business architecture and design, business intelligence, and business process innovation. Prior to Synfusion, Dale co-founded a business intelligence consulting company, directed commercial software product development at James Martin & Co., and managed consulting practices at Ernst & Young and ICF Information Technology. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and continues to write and speak on leveraging integration approaches to develop high-value organizations. Dale recently published a chapter on strategic communications in "Applied Project Management for Space Systems," a comprehensive reference for project managers underwritten by NASA and the Department of Defense.
John D. Sell, Executive Vice President
John is a recognized technology visionary and leader who focuses on helping leadership teams align technology with their enterprise-level business needs. He has over 30 years of experience working with clients in the areas of enterprise strategy and architecture, business intelligence and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, Agile coaching and mentoring, software development, and the design and deployment of large-scale distributed applications. Prior to Synfusion, John co-founded a business intelligence consulting company and directed the research and development group at I-Net. John is a graduate of the University of Maryland and continues to speak extensively on the topics of business intelligence, distributed software development, and value innovation.
Ralph H. Kahler, Executive Vice President
Ralph is a senior executive and principal consultant who has over 25 years of experience in the successful management and delivery of business strategy and information technology services to large government organizations and Fortune 500 companies. His work focuses on leading multi-disciplinary teams of business and technology specialists to deliver clear, actionable business strategies supported by information technology solutions. Ralph’s expertise includes strategic planning, process improvement, enterprise architecture development, program and project management, technology and software implementation, and transformation management. Over the course of his career, Ralph has worked with industry-leading organizations in the areas of telecommunications, financial services, insurance, public utilities, retail, and federal, state, and local government agencies. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam, and provides mentoring and instruction in the area of workforce integration in large program environments.
